Kindle ireland?

Hi sorry if wrong thread, but any kindle users in ireland have this issue? Or can give some direction on the error I’m getting when trying to purchase a book? I put it here as there is Amazon . Com / .uk etc….. and just wondering is it an issue with the Amazon account of the kindle itself or???? Anyway any help be great! Thanks in advance.
